Entrol Launches ‘All-in-One’ 4000x Simulator

Spanish simulator maker Entrol has launched the en-4000x, its new FNPT II MCC/AATD simulator for SEP, MEP and Jet training. Entrol calls it ‘a flexible solution to provide IR, ATPL and APS MCC courses in a single device’.

The simulator has been developed with the experience accumulated with the previous en-4000 model, which is already used by schools such as Turin Flying Institute, Adventia and FlyBy Aviation Academy.

The main improvement lies in its SEP/MEP glass cockpit based on the G1000, equipped with TAWS, TAS and Synthetic Vision, allowing schools to improve the transition between simulator and real aircraft.

The Jet simulates an A320, featuring a full-scale overhead, pedestal and glareshield, EGPWS, windshear warning system and optional sidesticks. That way, MCC instructors can follow the FCOM procedures and prepare students for what they will find on the actual airliner.

Since the en-4000x is upgradeable, customers can add additional features like a smoke machine, vibration system, IOS remote control or debriefing station to adapt the simulator to their training needs.

The forum subject is "Pioneering and Innovative, Leading New Revolution of Aviation training" aims to introduce advance ideas and methods, share successful experiences, combine with that situation of the aviation division itself, to open up more efficient and more active training mechanism.
